Key Filter Explanations
- Min Yield: minimum dividend yield; above 3% is often income-focused.
- Max Payout Ratio: lower payout leaves more room for future growth; keep below ~75% for safety.
- Min Safety Score: our 0–100 score combining payout and years. 80+ is excellent.
- Valuation: current yield vs. 5-year average yield. Undervalued means yield is above the historical norm.
